1. Provided as-is

Sessyn is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable but we can't promise zero data loss or zero downtime. Keep your own backups.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Sessyn to sync content you don't have the right to sync, malware, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction. Don't try to circumvent the encryption, abuse the coordinator, or attack other users.

3. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the acceptable use policy. If we do, we'll tell you why.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sessyn's aggregate liability arising out of or related to Sessyn is limited to the amount you paid us for it (which, today, is zero).

5. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Effective" date above is what's in force. Material changes will be announced in release notes and via email if we have one for you.
